The ride follows the Dakar coastline, mainly along the Fann beach cycle path, with several stops and viewpoints on the way. The meeting point is shared with you when your booking is confirmed.

Departures are at 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00 and 18:00. Each ride lasts 1h30. A gap between departures covers the return of the previous group, the bike check and battery management.

Yes. The 10:00 Kermel Morning includes a complimentary Dakar breakfast: a tuna sandwich, kinkeliba tea, seasonal fresh fruit and water.

Yes. The souvenir options can be added to any ride, the Sunset Ride included. The Group option (photos) is 5,000 FCFA per group; the Individual option (photos and short videos) is 5,000 FCFA per person.

Yes. The electric Fat Bike means you ride with pedal assistance the whole way.

Yes, a helmet is included with every ride.

Yes. The guide rides with the group the whole way and stops at several fine spots along the shore.

On WhatsApp, choosing your time slot in advance. You can also book in person at the Kermel Bike shop, subject to availability. We recommend booking ahead to secure your slot.

No. You book on WhatsApp and pay on site before the ride starts.

Safety comes first. If the weather would make the ride unsafe or uncomfortable, Kermel Bike may offer to reschedule or cancel.

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before departure. If you are significantly late, the ride may be shortened so the following departures are not affected.
