About
A Dakar activity, born on the Corniche.
Kermel Bike runs guided electric Fat Bike rides in Dakar. The idea is simple: show the city's shoreline to the people who cross it every day without ever stopping.
The activity started from one observation: the Corniche Ouest is one of the most beautiful places in Dakar, and yet most visitors only ever see it through a car window. The electric Fat Bike changes that. It rides on sand as easily as on the cycle path, without effort, and it stops wherever the view deserves it.
Every ride is led by a guide who knows the shoreline and chooses the stops. You ride, you stop, you look, you photograph, you ride on. That alternation is what separates this from renting a bike.
Kermel Bike is for visitors passing through as much as for Dakar residents rediscovering their own city, for couples, friends, families and groups.
